What is a step and repeat?
It's a backdrop with logos on it that you see behind celebrities in pictures at red carpet events.
Step and repeats are an inexpensive way to increase brand awareness by getting your logo and company name featured in the backgrounds of photos whether it is a company event or a wedding. Step and repeat banners aren't just for events- they can also be used at trade shows, conventions, demo days, grand openings and any other kind of event that you want your company to have a real presence at.
How long will my step and repeat banner last?
Step and repeat backdrops used outdoors generally last 1-3 years. Indoor backdrops can last a very long time, depending on how well they are taken care of. We recommend that you roll your step and repeat banner whenever you need to store it. If there is any dust or dirt, just wipe it off with a damp cloth or paper towel. It is that easy!
Can you help me with hanging or displaying my step and repeat banner?
We provide hardware to display your banner or board and include easy, step-by-step directions. Please feel free to call us at 1-888-333-6175 if you have any questions setting up your step and repeat banner.
I don’t have a design. Can you help me?
Of course! We are more than happy to help and we provide you with a proof free of charge for your backdrop banner. Just send us your logos and an idea of what you want and we will get working on it.
What if I don’t have a logo?
Not a problem. You can use one of our many templates or just let us know the theme, what is for and the colors and we will send you a proof for your very own custom step and repeat banner.
What graphic file types can you use?
We prefer vector file formats such as .ai .eps or .svg. These files allow us to scale your logo to any size without any loss of quality. Also, vector files are never "pixelated". JPEGS and PDF's will work. Just keep in mind, if the file is really small, when it's scaled up it can be blurry or "pixelated."
What resolution should the logos be?
Please send the highest-resolution files you have (preferably vector .eps files). Any other files are fine as long as the resolution is good. 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 14" wide is extremely good resolution.
72 dpi at 14" wide is good resolution.
Any dpi lower than 72 will pixelate and look fuzzy.
How do I send you guys the graphic files?
Just email them to sales@stepandrepeatdepot.com and we will contact you as soon as possible!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide to the entire contiguous United States. Just let us know when you need it by and we can recommend a shipping method to get it to your event on time. Please note, that the earlier you place your order before your event, the cheaper the shipping will be.
How do I pay for my step and repeat order?
Just place your order in the cart and submit it! We accept credit card, check or cash. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-888-333-6175.
